By default, inspection reports emailed from the app will go to the email address of the inspector selected on the device. If you have multiple inspectors and would like any emailed reports to also go to one or more additional email addresses, you can edit the 'CC Emails' setting.
- The first step is to log in to the InspectARide portal by entering your username and password here: https://www.inspectaride.com/login.
- Once logged in, go to 'Settings'.
- Here we have a list of available settings. Scroll down to the 'Report Delivery' section.
- By default, there is no email address entered into this setting. To add one or more email addresses, tap the input and type in the desired email address(es).
- If you want the inspection reports to ONLY go to this email and not the individual inspector's emails, tap the option for 'Only Send to CC'.
- Any changes made will be saved automatically.
