When things start acting up, crashing, or making this weird noise that's really hard to describe, there are a few things that you can do to help get back on track. Below are some general troubleshooting tips that solve most of the hiccups that can give you heartburn:
First, try closing the app and restarting your device
This little trick can work miracles when your electronics start to act out.

Ensure that the device has enough free space to store pictures
If you're having trouble uploading photos or seeing unpredictable crashes, the app may be unable to save the data that you're creating. The articles below will show you how to check your free space. If you find that you're low (10% or less), you'll need to clear up space on the device.

Ensure that the app has the permissions it needs

Try airplane mode for a bit
InspectARide is designed to run offline or online but, like many apps, can sometimes have trouble if it's frequently changing between the two or has a very slow connection. To see if this is causing the problem, you can try operating in airplane mode for a bit and then uploading when you've got a strong signal. If this solves the problem, your and/or cellular signal just be temporarily flaky.
