This video explains the differences between the standard and the compact report formats.
Standard and Compact Reports include the same information but are formatted differently to ensure that you deliver exactly what your audience needs.
Standard Reports
Standard Reports have been designed to include inspection information exactly where it's been entered.
We recommend this format if your recipients want all of the inspection information to show up together and don't mind a longer report.
Compact Reports
Sometimes you don't need all of the details of a standard report and want a smaller, tighter presentation of the information. The Compact format is perfect for circumstances like this, as it formats the information in such a way
We recommend this format if your recipients want a quick overview along with any problems called out.
